1. Service Scope & Estimates

All service estimates provided by San Diego HVAC Experts are subject to physical inspection of the property and equipment. Final written quotes are valid for 30 days from issuance.

2. Licensing & Warranties

San Diego HVAC Experts is licensed by the California Contractors State License Board (CSLB #1048291). New installations include manufacturer warranties as specified by the equipment producer, plus our 1-year labor craftsmanship warranty.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless alternative financing terms have been approved in writing prior to work commencement.

4. Cancellations

Please provide at least 2 hours advance notice for service call cancellations or rescheduling.
